Hollar Seeds at the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Fruit and Vegetable Convention

Brad Smith and Larry Hollar attended the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Fruit and Vegetable Convention in Hershey, PA on behalf of Hollar Seeds, February 2nd - 4th.

Hollar Seeds still stands firm as a wholesale only company but relishes the opportunity to meet growers and gather vital input from them. By attending conventions like this, Brad and Larry have the opportunity to support Hollar Seeds’ customers as well as build relationships with growers. With these relationships, Hollar Seeds has more of a direct line with the end user to find out what we are doing right and what we need to do to make Hollar Seeds even better.

The new PMR Series pumpkins gathered much interest in addition to the Baseball Series of melons. Ruby watermelon also had a strong presence with both growers who currently grow this variety and many who are going to be trying it this year.

Brad and Larry appreciate all of the visitors at the Hollar Seeds booth and we hope to see everyone back next year.
