Maxim is Hollar Seeds' most uniform processing butternut commercially available! This hybrid was specially developed for processing, dehydrating and freezing. It is an excellent butternut hybrid when tonnage counts. Due to variability of this variety, we suggest that growers test a small amount of Maxim in each growing window and market niche before sowing large acreage.
