Scallop, Early White Bush

Edible in 47 days, fruit are borne in clusters around the plant’s crown. The fruit are very pale green when young, turning chalky white when 6 inches in diameter. Flesh is white with fine texture at the edible stage (1 ½ to 2 ½ inches in diameter). Bush type plant. Also popular as a mini-vegetable at less than 1 inch diameter.
